Jade is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with over five years of experience in Neurological Rehabilitation. Prior to joining Rehab Options Work Conditioning, Jade held a Senior Clinician and Team Leader role at NeuroMoves Exercise Services - Spinal Cord Injuries Australia. There, she led multidisciplinary team of Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapists, providing leadership and supporting the professional development of staff, managed clinical operations and delivered evidence-based exercise interventions for individuals with complex neurological conditions and disabilities, including spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, cerebral palsy and more.
Jade is passionate about working with individuals to improve their function, independence, and quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programs. She brings a client-centred approach that blends her clinical expertise with a love for sport, movement and Pilates-based interventions. With a strong background in neurological rehabilitation, exercise science and a lifelong passion for physical activity, Jade is committed to helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys staying active through running, soccer, and the gym, and brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her clients as she does to her own training. She's excited to bring her skills and experience to the team at Rehab Options Work Conditioning. Rehab Options Work Conditioning improving strength, function and recovery.
