Before joining Rehab Options Provider Services Pty Ltd/ Rehab Options Work Conditioning, Adel worked as an exercise physiologist working with aged care with the main focus being on musculoskeletal injuries and falls prevention. During this time Adel assessed each individual and then designed and implemented programs specific to each person's needs to improve the mobility and function of each individual.

Adel is now able to bring her knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries to Rehab Options Work Conditioning and has, of course, been further trained by the experienced team to expand her knowledge and available, results based, strategies further.
